These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius and the user irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
If the user has access to the website in a jurisdiction other than Mauritius, the user will be responsible for compliance with the laws of that jurisdiction, to the extent that they apply. BDO makes no representations that the content of the website complies with the laws of any country outside Mauritius.
