Nausheen is currently a Director in the Tax Division of BDO Financial Services. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA).

With over 20 years of experience specialising in Income Tax, VAT and PAYE, she oversees a diverse portfolio of corporate clients ranging from small and medium businesses to the largest companies listed on the Stock Exchange as well as individual clients. Her expertise spans across various sectors of the Mauritian economy, such as Retail & Distribution, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Agriculture, Sugar, Investment Holdings, Insurance, Real Estate and Global Business. In addition to her core areas of specialism, she leads on special assignments including tax due diligence for acquisitions and corporate transactions, employment tax health checks and VAT reviews.
