Lila Tarachand

Lila Tarachand is currently a Partner (Audit and Assurance) of BDO & Co. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA), Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and a Member of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). She has over 30 years of experience in Audit and Assurance engagements in various sectors of the economy, namely Agriculture, Aviation, Global Business, Manufacturing, Petroleum, Telecommunications, and Tourism. She has also acquired significant professional experience in the field of Accounting, Advisory services, and Internal Audit. Lila has also occupied the following positions amidst local professional societies-Past President of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Past Vice president of Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA).
