• Worked closely with the Government body in charge of privatisations in an Indian Ocean country in the context of the privatisation of a state-owned company operating four sugar estates. During our involvement we performed a financial audit of the state-owned company, a review of its accounting policies, an assessment of business risks and produced detailed financial forecasts.
  
  
• Performed several assignments in the context of the privatisation of a state-owned company operating a cotton estate in an Indian Ocean country. During our involvement we conducted, amongst other tasks, a due diligence exercise, prepared a financial model and forecasts, reviewed accounting policies and assumptions, carried out a valuation of the shares of the company and prepared the information memorandum.
  
  
• Involved with the privatisation agency of an East-African country on several major assignments including assisting in the preparation for privatisation of a state-owned telecommunications company, overseeing the concession process for a national railway company, assisting with the divestiture in a port logistics company and the financial restructuring of a chemicals state-owned enterprise.
