• Statutory audit of a national airline.
  
  
• Feasibility study to improve the efficiency and profitability of the Hadj/Oumra traffic. The objective of the project was to review and analyse the current cost structure, schedule of charges, revenue stream and operational costs as well as evaluating the option of leasing an aircraft.
  
  
• Advisor to a national airline in the context of its public share offering and listing on the Stock Exchange. The project included share valuation and determination of the share price. We also advised on the Employee Share Scheme with calculations of the number of shares to be allocated to each employee under various scenarios.
  
  
• Tariff and concession study for a ports authority in the context of the coming into operation of a new container terminal. New tariffs had to be worked out in support of a competitive and liberalized environment.  A financial model was built to test various scenarios for the concession contract and a new system proposed for future revision of port handling tariffs and concession fees.  Presentations were made to key decision makers and World Bank officials to facilitate the decision-making process and also evaluate the economic impact of the proposed tariff increases.
